This Site and its Use:

The Unorthodox Racing Inc. ("UR") web site is owned and provided by UR from its Headquarters in Copiague, New York. The site is provided for your personal information and non-commercial use unless provided by separate agreement between UR and its authorized agents. Please feel free to browse the Site; however, your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

You shall use the Site for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any information or material which violates or infringes, in any way, the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Nor shall you post or transmit through the Site any information or material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to liability or otherwise violate any law or administrative ruling or guidelines, is in violation of these Terms, or which, without UR’s prior written approval, contain advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Any conduct by you that, in UR's opinion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted.

The Site contains information and materials, including but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics and audio, (collectively "Materials") which are derived in whole or in part from information and materials supplied by UR and other sources, and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other laws and the entire content of the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States Copyright Laws. UR owns the copyright in the overall selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, and owns the rights in, or license to use, the individual components of such content. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way or decompiled, reverse engineered or disassembled, including but not limited to the text, images, audio and/or video, as well as any software (including but not limited to any images or files incorporated), except that you may download one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices and make no change in or deletion of author attribution. This limited authorization is not a transfer of title in the Materials and by your use of the Site, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any license, ownership or other rights to the Materials. UR SHALL HAVE NO LIABLITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.

UR's obligations and responsibilities regarding its products and services are governed solely by UR's terms and conditions of sale or license under which such products and services are sold or licensed.

The terms of sale are set as follows: Unorthodox Racing, Inc. warranties the quality of the products it designs and manufactures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date or purchase for pulleys, cam gears and aluminum flywheels and 90 days from date of purchase of clutches. This limited warranty is extended only to the individual purchaser who has purchased our product from an authorized reseller and may not be transferred or assigned. A list of authorized resellers is available on our web site or can be obtained by calling our main offices. This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by Unorthodox Racing Inc., after receipt of the product/s from our authorized reseller, is found to have a defect in either material or workmanship. UNORTHODOX RACING, INC. PARTS, USED IN COMPETITION OF ANY KIND, SANCTIONED OR UNSANCTIONED, ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. Any modifications to the pulley/pulleys will void any and all warranties and will not be exchanged. Before installation, check new car warranty.  Unorthodox Racing, Inc. is not responsible for voiding any original manufacturer warranty.  All warranty claims must be returned to Unorthodox Racing or your authorized reseller, you must return the product and sales receipt, at your own expense, accompanied by a letter stating the reason for the claim. Please refer to the paragraph below for the proper return procedures. Any claims for pulleys, cam gears or flywheels must be received no later than one year after the date of purchase. Any claims for clutches must be received no later than 90 days from the date of purchase. If all the above procedures are followed, and the product is found to be defective in either material or workmanship, Unorthodox Racing, Inc. shall either repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion, and at its sole cost.  This limited warranty does not cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges, or any other incidental costs or damages caused by the defective product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHICH APPLIES TO UNORTHODOX RACING PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY LIMITED BY THE SAME TERMS AND TIME LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY AND OTHERWISE EXCLUDED. You may have rights under either state or federal law, including laws governing warranties, which you should consult. EXCEPT FOR THOSE OBLIGATIONS ASSUMED HEREIN, UNORTHODOX RACING, INC. ASSUMES NO OTHER OBLIGATIIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

We sometimes make mistakes, as do our authorized dealers, even customers can order the wrong parts. DO NOT USE, MODIFY, INSTALL, TRIAL ASSEMBLE, MARK,NICK,DROP, SCRATCH OR BAKANCE ANY PART UNTIL YOU FIRST CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND THE PART IS CORRECT FOR YOUR APPLICATION. Shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Damage must be reported immediately, no exceptions. For any shortages or damage please contact Unorthodox Racing Inc or your authorized reseller immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Any parts not purchased directly from Unorthodox Racing Inc, must be processed through the authorized reseller from which you purchased the product. E-Store order return claims must be received within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a full credit of the purchase price (less the shipping & handling cost). Any returns after 30 days will be assessed a 30% re-stock fee. If you need to return parts purchased from a dealer you must make your claim for return through that dealer. If you purchased items directly from Unorthodox Racing Inc., discontinued and blow out items are final sale only. Please contact our customer service department, they will issue you a “RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION” number (RMA#). Write this RMA number on the outside of the box so that our receiving/shipping department or the authorized resellers receiving/shipping department can expedite the claim. THE RETURNED PARTS MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION; THAT IS, IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM. It is your responsibility to carefully package any returns to avoid shipping damage, Insurance is highly recommended. Credit will not be issued for damaged goods.

It has been and remains UR's policy not to accept or consider ideas, suggestions or materials other than those that UR has specifically requested from you. Accordingly, UR does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to UR through the Site unless specifically requested by UR. Please note that any unsolicited information or material sent to UR will be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary. By submitting information and material to the Site, you automatically grant to UR (or warrant that the owner of such information and material has expressly granted to UR) a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit and distribute, or otherwise make available to other such information and material (in whole or in part and for any purpose) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. You also agree that UR is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send UR for any purpose.

As further provided above, UR does not want to receive, and you are deemed to covenant and agree through the use of the Site not to provide, any information or materials to UR that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, in violation of any law, governmental requirements or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporate the proprietary information or materials of another person or entity.

You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any information and material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of such right(s). The Site is administered by UR from its Headquarters in the United States. Materials published at the Site may refer to products, programs, or services that are not available in your country. Furthermore, UR makes no representation that the Materials at the Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the Site or export information and materials in violation of the export laws of the United States or any other country. Governing Law :

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement and Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between UR and you with respect to your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises. Top
