It's very important to know exactly what the power holding needs of your car. The UR web-site gives you the holding of each stage so you can choose the one best suited to your needs now or down the mod road. Our clutches are designed to maximize holding power while maintaining longer clutch durability. Simply choose the holding power you need and your done!


A disc is only as good as the pressure plate it is matched to. Clamp load is important, but going to the highest clamp load is not the best solution. High loads put strain on hydraulics, thrust bearings, crankshafts and your left foot. UR plates do not need massive load increases as we focus on the capability of the friction material as a result our plates have modest load increases from 15% to 30% over stock. This means you will have the holding power you need without losing drive ability.

Stage 1 - 50% more holding power than stock.


These kits include a windowed Kevlar disc (sprung or solid hub), matched pressure plate, release, pilot bearing and alignment tool. We use a 100% pure Kevlar material as Kevlar blends do not work. Lasting as much as 5 times longer than a stock clutch, Stage 1 kits can handle a 50% increase over stock.


Stage 1 kits are designed for basic bolt ons like headers, downpipes and Stage 1 type programming (Not designed for normally aspirated cars that have been boosted or have large nitrous shots).

Stage 2 - 75% more holding power than stock.

Specially blended ceramic 6 puck disc (sprung or solid hub), matched pressure plate, release, pilot bearing and alignment tool. Stage 2 pucks are completely STREETABLE and can handle 75% increase over stock.


Stage 2 kits are for upgrades past the basic bolt ons like Stage 2 type programming, larger than stock turbos. Perfect for normally aspirated cars that have been boosted.

Stage 3 kits are for Stage 3+ type programming, big frame turbos, cars that are daily driven but see significant track use.
