This Site and its Use:

The Unorthodox Racing^® Site is licensed to and provided by AAADEM, LLC ("AAADEM") from its location in Buford, Georgia. The Site is provided for your personal information and non-commercial use unless provided by a separate agreement between AAADEM and its authorized agents. Please feel free to browse the Site; however, your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

You shall use the Site for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any information or material which violates or infringes, in any way, the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Nor shall you post or transmit through the Site any information or material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to liability, or otherwise violate any law or administrative ruling or guidelines, violates these Terms, or which, without AAADEM's prior written approval, contain advertising or any solicitation concerning products or services. Any conduct by you that, in AAADEM's opinion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted.

The Site contains information and materials, including but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, and audio, (collectively "Materials") which are derived in whole or in part from information and materials supplied by AAADEM and other sources, and are protected by international copyright, patent, trademark and other laws and the entire content of the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States Copyright Laws. AAADEM owns the copyright in the overall selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, and owns the rights in, or license to use, the individual components of such content. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way or decompiled, reverse-engineered, or disassembled, including but not limited to the text, images, audio, and/or video, as well as any software (including but not limited to any images or files incorporated), except that you may download one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, patent, trademark and other proprietary notices and make no change in or deletion of author attribution. AAADEM's obligations and responsibilities regarding its products and services are governed solely by AAADEM's terms and conditions of sale or license under which such products and services are sold or licensed.

Terms of Sale:

Items ordered from this site should ship within 24-48 hours of the date of receipt of your order.*

Discontinued items listed for sale with limited inventory are final sales and not returnable. Standard warranty still applies and is available to the purchaser, see below for warranty terms and procedures.

*Exclusions: Group Buy items, which are listed solely to collect deposits until a minimum qty of 20 deposits is reached at which time item production will begin. Until 20 deposits are reached a deposit is fully refundable at the email request of the original depositor to info@unorthodoxracing.com. The buyer will under no circumstances initiate a request for refund through their payment method facilitator, via chargeback for credit card (AMEX, Discover, M/C, VISA) or PayPal claim for refund. By completing the deposit the buyer acknowledges it has read the terms hereof and agrees and authorizes its obligations as outlined in these terms of sale.

All UR products are designed and tested solely on USDM vehicles/engines. AAADEM, LLC makes no representation that UR products will fit on non-USDM vehicles/engines. Any purchase made for a non-USDM vehicle/engine is made solely at the risk of the buyer.

AAADEM, LLC (AAADEM) warrants the quality of UR pulleys and cam gears for five (5) years (black hard-coated surfaces are warranted for one (1) year and supplied/installed bearings for two (2) years from the date of purchase). The use of high-performance/racing Kevlar belts (serpentine or timing belts) voids the warranty of belt or tooth surfaces. Pulley warranty is wholly contingent upon the accessory belt/s being changed, with new units, every 3 years or 36,000 miles or damage to the pulley/s may occur voiding warranty. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from an Authorized Reseller or the UR brand website and may not be transferred or assigned. UR PARTS USED IN COMPETITION OF ANY KIND, SANCTIONED OR UNSANCTIONED, ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.  Any modification to UR brand product/s voids any warranties. Once again UR products are designed for use on USDM vehicles. Although they may directly fit non-USDM vehicles without modification it is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain this fact. Before installation, check the new car warranty as AAADEM is not responsible for voiding the car manufacturer's warranty.  All warranty claims must be sent directly to AAADEM, PLEASE REFER TO THE LAST PARAGRAPH FOR THE PROPER RETURN PROCEDURE.  Claims must be received within the periods listed above. If all the above procedures are followed, and the product is found to be defective in either material or workmanship AAADEM shall either repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion, and at its sole cost.  This limited warranty does not cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges, or any other incidental costs or damages caused by the defective product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHICH APPLIES TO UR PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN INSTEAD OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY LIMITED BY THE SAME TERMS AND TIME LIMITATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY AND OTHERWISE EXCLUDED. You may have rights under either state or federal law, including laws governing warranties, which you should consult. EXCEPT FOR THOSE OBLIGATIONS ASSUMED HEREIN, AAADEM ASSUMES NO OTHER OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF UR BRAND PRODUCTS.

            We can make mistakes, as can our Authorized Resellers; even customers can order the wrong parts. DO NOT USE, MODIFY, INSTALL, TRIAL ASSEMBLE, MARK, NICK, DROP, SCRATCH OR BALANCE ANY PART UNTIL YOU FIRST CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND THE PART IS CORRECT FOR YOUR APPLICATION. Any damage or shortages must be reported within two (2) business days of receipt. Please contact the reseller you purchased from or AAADEM if purchased directly from the UR brand website. Requests for returns from the UR brand website must be received within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a full credit of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). No returns from the UR brand site are accepted 30 days after the invoice date.

            RETURN PROCEDURE:  The product part# is the RMA#, this number must be visible on the outside of the box so our receiving/shipping department can expedite your claim request. Include the product, original proof of purchase, and replacement belt purchase receipts, at your own expense, accompanied by a letter stating the reason for the claim. Send to: AAADEM, LLC c/o Returns 2972 Beards Rd, Buford, GA 30518. The Site is administered by AAADEM from its location in the United States. Materials published on the Site may refer to products, programs, or services that are not available in your country. Governing Law :

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement and Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between AAADEM and you concerning your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have concerning your use of the Site must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises.
